It’s finally happening. The often out-of-control media members and social media screechers’ attacks going on regularly, MIGHT have now have a reason to cool down and act more maturely and responsibly.
It’s so easy to type out vitriol or unvetted accusations in an article, post or tweet and feel great about yourself (apparently). This has gone way too far in the public realm. Attacking, name calling, outright lies, unsubstantiated claims of abusive behaviour, twisting the truth, doxxing, slander, defamation…oh my.
Mature, responsible people don’t do that. hmmmm
Like correcting a child for bad behaviour, in the grown up world, where actions have serious consequences on living people, the needed correction might come from a lawsuit, or two, or three…
