You will also have access to the Study Member material and also get access to videos coaching people through drafting letters, notices, complaints and claims.

You will receive invitations to Serious Member private webinars, these are for you only and not to be forwarded.

3. Full Capacity Member

Includes access to the Study + Serious Member material as you become part of a small committed group of action takers who are actively pursuing complaints and claims and as such you will have exclusive access to live, private, interactive webinars to learn about the latest news, applications and learning.

Also includes access to one-one-one private coaching of your specific situation paperwork on Full Capacity member private group webinars to improve your skill at drafting and better results, faster. For serious folks only.

With Full Capacity level of membership there is support via email and limited support via Skype. If you are “in a situation” and require further personal coaching support contact us. Only Full Capacity Members have access to private 1-on-1 coaching
